Reporting Requirements

Grantees must submit a final report within three months after completing the project via our Portal. Please ensure the report is clear and includes proper proof. If the report does not meet the requirements, the Board may change or cancel the payment.

Requirements

The final report must show the results of the project and compare them with the objectives as stated in the original application. It consists of two completed templates and supporting proof.

Uploading the Report

To submit your final report, go to Report Upload in the Portal menu, where you can also download the narrative and financial report templates. Upload your completed templates and proof of project. You may select multiple files, provided each file does not exceed 15 MB. You will need to enter your Project Number, which can be found in your grant letter.

What to upload

Use our official templates for the narrative and financial reports.

Narrative report

The filled-out template must include a comprehensive report summarizing the results achieved.

Financial report

The filled-out template must include:

  • An itemized list of revenues, compared to the project budget in the original application
  • An itemized list of expenditures, compared to the project budget in the original application

Supporting proof

You must provide substantial proof that the project took place, for example:

  • Pictures, flyers, posters, and similar materials can be uploaded as one compressed .zip or .rar file (maximum size: 15 MB).
  • Links to apps, social media, or videos should be mentioned in the narrative report.
