Google Analytics with anonymised IP
Via our website, a cookie from the American company Google is installed, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to keep track of and report on how visitors use the website. This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. This means that your IP address will only be processed by EU or ECC Member States of the European Union in abbreviated form. Only in exceptional cases the complete IP address will be forwarded to a server of Google in the US to be abbreviated there. At no time is the full IP address written to disk as all anonymization happens in memory nearly instantaneously after the request has been received.
The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google has undertaken to comply with the Safe Harbor principles and is affiliated with the Safe Harbor program of the American Department of Trade. This means that the processing of any personal details is governed by a suitable level of protection.
