Instructions for submitting an application

 
 
1. Download the following file: budget
2. Fill out the budget and save this document on your computer.
3. Fill out the application form. Before you submit your application, print the filled out form for your own archive.
4. Submit your application
5. You will be requested to select the Word file containing the budget for uploading it to our database. The program will guide you through this procedure. The application form and the budget will both be sent to the server of the Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund.
6. Your application has been successfully received by the Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund if at the end of the procedure you get the following text:

"Your request is completed and has been sent to the Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund. A confirmation e-mail has been sent to the email address that has been provided for the contact person."

If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail your application will not be processed.

7. Within a month after you have submitted your application you will get a letter from us in which we acknowledge the receipt of your application. Only after reception of this letter, you know that your application will be processed. Please contact us if you have received the email mentioned in item 6, but have not received this letter from us.
 
 
Attention! Do not turn off the computer or let it go idle while filling out the application form. The data will be lost.
 
 

We would like to inform you that whenever the granted amount of the Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund exceeds 20.000 Euro, the costs of an audited report for the total organization must be included in the budget.
